At the heart of The Sundays, Catseye Pool Club is where island-style dining meets your kind of pace. Overlooking the Coral Sea, the restaurant and bar blend laidback coastal charm with views of turquoise waters and swaying palms. 

Menus by acclaimed culinary duo Josh and Julie Niland bring together Australia’s best seasonal ingredients—designed to be shared, savoured, and remembered. Every dish captures the relaxed spirit of a long lunch and the ease of being exactly where you want to be. 

Whether it’s a poolside snack between swims or a slow afternoon that turns into evening, Catseye Pool Club is all about time well spent—with good food, great company, and views worth lingering over. 

Guests staying at properties other than The Sundays are welcome to dine with us, with bookings available up to 30 days in advance.
