Hamilton Island Airport only has one terminal. The terminal is only a few meters away from our check-in hall. How early do I need to be at the airport before my flight? Most domestic airlines require you to be at the check in counter at least 45 minutes before departure. No. The Airport is open from 8.00 – 16.00 every day however these hours may be extended due to delays.
