Velocity Membership

You must be a member of the Velocity Frequent Flyer Program to earn Points. Membership and points are subject to the Velocity Frequent Flyer Program terms and conditions as amended from time to time.

Point’s allocation and calculation

• To receive points you must stay at a hotel that is operated by Hamilton Island Enterprises (HIE). Eligible hotels are;
  • Palm Bungalows (3 points per AUD $1)
  • Reef View Hotel (3 points per AUD $1)
  • Beach Club  (3 points per AUD $1)
  • qualia (1 point per AUD $1) 
• Only stays booked directly with Hamilton Island and not via a Travel Agent or third-party website can claim for missing points.· Claims must be requested within 3 months of activity, provided you were a member at the time of activity.
• You can claim missing Points for an activity completed within the 30 days prior to joining Velocity Frequent Flyer.
• The full terms and conditions regarding eligibility can be found here. Please allow up to 14 Days after check-out for your Points to be allocated to your Velocity account.

7. HI Reservation Number (must be exactly 6 Characters long)

How to Claim Missing Velocity Points / Claim Form Required Fields:

If you are missing Points from an eligible accommodation booking on Hamilton Island, complete the Claim Missing Points form below before contacting our Reservations team. Note: Velocity Retro Claims are only valid for checked out bookings.
