Terms & Conditions

*Two night minimum stay for Reef View Hotel. Three night minimum stay for Hamilton Island Holiday Homes. For one night stays please call our special events team. 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking. Full balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations or amendments received up to 46 days from the arrival date are subject to a cancellation penalty equal to 50% of the total booking value. Cancellations or amendments received within 45 days of the arrival date, 'No Shows' or early departures are subject to a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the total booking value.
**Three night minimum stay for Hamilton Island Holiday Homes. 20% deposit required at time of booking. Balance required 7 days prior to arrival. 20% cancellation fee incurred if cancelled 8-14 days prior to arrival. 100% cancellation fee incurred for bookings cancelled within 7 days.
